Your exports are used only to build the requested packet.

Uploaded CSV and TSV exports are removed after reconciliation completes. The generated cleanup packet remains available under an unguessable download URL for up to one hour. Expired downloads are rejected, and a background cleanup job scheduled every 15 minutes deletes expired job directories.

Exports and packet contents are not sold, used for advertising, or used to train models. Operational logs may contain a random job reference and error details, but not private keys or intentionally logged file contents. Never upload private keys or seed phrases.

Tax Pre-Cleaner does not currently run advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking tags. Intake, results, packet downloads, and generated client packets will remain ad-free. If advertising is introduced later, it will be limited to explicitly approved public guide pages, disclosed here, and loaded only after any legally required consent through a Google-certified consent management platform.

This service performs deterministic data reconciliation for preparer review. It does not provide tax advice, file returns, or make tax determinations.
